Since 31st March 2005, the entire Trust collection has been housed under one roof at Riverside Depot, just off Dalton Lane behind Dalton Mills, about 15 mins walk from Keighley Town Centre.
Riverside Depot (behind Dalton Mills) is open to visitors throughout the year on Tuesday evenings 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm and Saturdays 10.00 am to 4.00 pm when our volunteers are working. Riverside is down Dalton Lane, 10 mins walk from Keighley Railway Station. Take K&DT "Zone" bus 708 or 711 from Keighley Bus Station or Railway Station and alight at Dalton Mills. Please telephone 01282 413179 in advance of your visit to make sure someone is available to welcome you.
Most of KBMT’s servicing, maintenance and restoration work is carried out in Riverside Depot but unfortunately this building is not suitable to be opened as a real museum on a permanent basis. The Trust is currently working to create a permanent home on the Dalton Lane regeneration site adjacent to the new Keighley College and bus / rail interchange.
